Is it dangerous?

The number one thing we hear from people is “you wouldn’t catch me dead doing that”. While it looks dangerous, we assure you it is very safe. Far safer than the drive to work! With our training and very strict safety programs and processes, Rope access is safer than walking!

Typically (not in a pandemic) we like to travel in a “Herd”… so to speak. In other words, we find it works best with a large number of technicians on site. To get the project completed as efficiently as possible. Of course, there are logistical and safety issues that trump efficiency, but we will give you a timeline for your project before we start to manage expectations and decrease stress for you!

Condo Bylaws vary from property to property, However we have found it works best to give
residents notice prior to our arrival, so there are no surprises. We can put together a notice for you,
so the residents hear right from us, what to expect. Just ask one of our sales representatives.

Typically, we clean the Dryer Vents from the exterior of the building. Occasionally, we need access into the units and this would be communicated to you and the residents well in advance.

Our payment terms are NET 30. We accept, Cheque, Credit Card or ETF Transfers.

Yes, We have $5,000,000 CGL and Full WCB Coverage.

All of our technicians are required to self isolate for the mandated period of time if they: have
symptoms or are in contact with someone who has. We are also following all AHS guidelines for masks, social distancing, hand hygiene and symptom monitoring. All of our crews are reduced in size for the time being to allow for social distancing.
